Refund policy

I want you to love your ring, and if something’s not quite right, I’ll do my best to make it right.

You have 30 days from the day your ring is delivered to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, the ring must be in its original condition.

All returns and exchanges can be requested directly through your customer account, no need to contact me separately. Once your request is submitted, you’ll receive full return instructions based on your location.

Return Shipping

Since every ring is made to order by hand, and this is a one-person workshop, I’m not able to offer pre-paid return shipping at this time.

If you’re returning or exchanging a ring, I kindly ask that you cover the cost of shipping it back. Full instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong ring size or want a different wood inlay, the simplest way to exchange is to request a return from your customer account, then place a new order with the updated details.

This helps avoid delays and keeps things clear and easy on both sides.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after I receive the returned ring and confirm it’s in good condition.

Rings that arrive damaged due to misuse or neglect (e.g. cracked, chipped, chemically stained) may not be eligible for a full refund. Please package the ring securely to avoid damage during return shipping.
