Watch gears cut to size, and manually placed into a 3mm inlay channel. One by one. Interlocked with each other. The first version took over five hours and two restarts. This is the final version. A 6mm wide miniature clockwork mechanism wrapped around your finger.
Originally inspired by the Cogwork Core area in Hollow Knight: Silksong. It was meant to be an experiment that turned into something I'm genuinely proud of.
I made this ring after my friend finally convinced me to play Expedition 33. Crushed charcoal for the fire that set the story in motion, 24K gold leaf to resemble The Monolith, synthetic red opal for the flowers of those who fell victims to the Gommage.

I made this ring after brainstorming designs inspired by Greek mythology. White marble from the Greek island of Thassos, and gold leaf. I like to think it resembles clouds, which fits right in with the Greek gods and the boundary between the mortal and divine realms.

Originally designed as a companion piece to the white marble Eos ring. Black Nero Marquina marble from northern Spain, crushed and inlaid into a tungsten carbide core. Silver leaf scattered throughout the inlay. The marble is deep and dark with natural white veining, though most of that detail gets lost once it's crushed.
